Learners Licence

• After receiving your client registration form, copy of ID and proof of payment we book your test date online when dates become available on the E-Natis booking site.

• Once the test date is booked, we must take you within 3 days to the testing centre to confirm (pay) your booking in person. Please bring your ID and uncertified copy, 2 id photos, optometrist eye test and bank card.

• On the test date we will take you to write the test. You must bring your ID, photos and appointment slip on this day.

• Excluded: Testing Centre appointment fee R108, Testing Centre issue fee R60, 2 ID photos and optometrist eye test.

• Testing centres does not accept cash payments and the client must bring a bank card for a swipe transaction.

• We will email you the study material to study. We do not offer classes; it is only self-study.

• When we take you to the testing centre to confirm (pay) a test date, or to write the learners licence test and the application or test or issuing cannot be completed for whatever reason, the client will have to go back at their own cost to complete the transaction. Confirmed test dates cannot be changed in any way.

• If you are unable to write the learners licence test for whatever reason which is out of our control, we will still charge you for the service as if it has been rendered.

• If the client cannot complete the confirmation or issuing of the learner’s licence/test date for whatever reason, we will charge a fee of R250 if the client requires us to complete the transaction.

• If the client has booked with us to take them to the testing centre to confirm an appointment and does not attend or cancel within 24 hours, we will charge a re-booking fee of R250.

• Any dispute regarding the test result must be handled between the client and the testing centre.

• The client must have a valid SA identity document to apply for a learner’s licence. Birth certificates are not accepted.

Driving Lessons

• After receiving your client registration form, copy of your ID and learners’ licence and proof of payment, you may book for driving lessons. You may book per email, phone call, WhatsApp or directly with an instructor.

• We are available 6 days per week from 06h00 to 18h00 for driving lessons per appointment.

• Lessons is with our vehicles and we collect and drop you off at any one address in Pretoria and Centurion. Not Midrand.

• You may choose to use your own vehicle and the price stays the same.

• Some public parking areas the we use charge R40 to use their facilities. The client must pay this in cash to them and it is not included in the lesson fee. This is only applicable for parking lessons.

• Lessons are charged per hour. 1 lesson is 1 hour, 2 lessons are 2 hours etc.

• If you booked driving lessons and do not attend or cancel without giving 24 hours’ notice, we will charge you as if the lessons were given.

• We need proof of payment 1 day before your lesson/s and shall have the right to cancel the lesson/s for late or non-payment without notice.

• We shall have the right to cancel and withhold training from any client if we are of the opinion that they are acting reckless, untrainable, or might cause damage to other persons or vehicles.

• NO REFUNDS will be given for any payments you have made to us, or services booked and cancelled for whatever reason.

• No credit that a client might have may be transferred from one client to another for whatever reason.

• Any money paid to us or credit that you might have, must be used within a period of 90 days from the first payment date. After this period, you will forfeit such money or credit without notice.

Drivers Test 

• After receiving your client registration form, copy of your ID and learners’ licence and proof of payment, we will book a test date for you when dates become available on the E-Natis booking site.

• Once the test date is booked, we must take you within 3 days to the testing centre to confirm (pay) your booking in person.

• On the day of the confirmation you must bring your ID and copy, learners’ licence and copy, 2 id photos and optometrist eye test. Copies can be uncertified.

• On the test date we will take you to do your test with our vehicle or yours. The price stays the same.

• If you are unable to take the driver’s test for whatever reason which is out of our control, we will still charge you for the service as if it has been rendered. Confirmed test dates cannot be changed in any way.

• Excluded: Testing Centre appointment fee R228, Testing Centre issue fee R228, 2 ID photos and an optometrist eye test.

• Testing centres does not accept cash payments and the client must bring a bank card for a swipe transaction.

• When we take you to the testing centre to confirm (pay) a test date, or after passing the driver’s test, and the application or issuing cannot be completed for whatever reason, the client will have to go back to the testing centre at their own cost to resolve the matter and complete the transaction.

• If the client cannot complete the confirmation of a test date for whatever reason, we will charge a re-booking fee of R250 if the client requires a new test date.

• If the client has booked with us to take them to the testing centre to confirm an appointment and does not attend or cancel within 24 hours, we will charge a fee of R250.

• Any dispute regarding the test result must be handled between the client and the testing centre.

• We do not take part in any form of corruption.
